We use the resume, contact details, target role, job description, and order information you provide to assess, process, format, and deliver your resume service.

Service providers

We use a small number of vetted providers to deliver the service, and no others. Payment is processed by Stripe. The rewrite itself is processed by an AI provider (currently OpenAI). Your finished files are delivered by an email provider (currently Resend). Files are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

AI processing

Your resume is processed using an AI provider to improve structure, wording and formatting. Your information is not used to train AI models. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

How long we keep your resume

We retain your uploaded resume while your 60-day rewrite guarantee is active, so we can honour a re-rewrite if you claim one. Order records (name, email, order status) are retained for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
