The service does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any specific career result.

Factual accuracy

Customers must review every completed file before use. Resume Shine Up does not invent employers, dates, education, credentials, contact details, numbers, skills, or achievements. Every fact in your finished resume comes from the document you supplied.

Customer authorization

By submitting a resume, the customer confirms that the information is accurate and authorizes the processing needed to provide the service.

Safe submissions

Customers must not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.

Automated and manual review

The workflow may use automated tools. Orders may be routed for manual review when confidence is low or processing cannot be completed safely.

60-day rewrite guarantee

If you have applied to at least ten roles using your rewritten resume within 60 days of delivery and are not receiving more interview responses than before, we will rewrite your resume once more at no charge. To claim, email iamawinner718@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, within 60 days of delivery, with your order number. The re-rewrite uses the same factual information you originally supplied. One re-rewrite per order.

Refunds

If your files are not delivered, or the delivered files are materially defective and we cannot correct them, you receive a full refund. Request a refund within 60 days of purchase by emailing iamawinner718@gmail.com. Because the service is delivered immediately and is prepared specifically for you, refunds are not offered simply because you changed your mind about wording preferences — the rewrite guarantee covers that. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once your files have been delivered.

Before disputing a charge

If something goes wrong, contact iamawinner718@gmail.com first. Most problems are resolved the same day. Please give us the opportunity to resend your files, reprocess your order, or issue a refund before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer.

AI processing

Your resume is processed using AI to improve structure, wording and formatting. Your information is not used to train AI models. We do not invent employers, dates, education, credentials, contact details, numbers, skills or achievements.

Data retention

We retain your uploaded resume and order record for as long as needed to provide the service, support your 60-day rewrite guarantee, and meet accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your resume and order information at any time by emailing iamawinner718@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it. The service is provided without warranty of any specific career outcome.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that governs your order. Material changes are reflected in the version number and effective date above.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Program and agency vouchers

Organisations may purchase blocks of prepaid vouchers. Vouchers are invoiced to the organisation and carry no cost to the individual redeeming them. Each voucher entitles one person to one complete rewrite and carries the same 60-day rewrite guarantee as a retail order. Vouchers do not expire on a fixed date. If files are not delivered, or are materially defective and cannot be corrected, the voucher is credited back to the purchasing organisation. The organisation is responsible for confirming that each individual has authorised processing of their resume.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.

Digital delivery

Completed files are delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for using a valid email address and protecting access to their delivery links.
