What programs ask

Does anything get invented?
No, and it is enforced in code rather than promised. Before any file is sent, the system checks every number in the finished resume against the client's original document. If a figure appears that was not in their source, delivery stops and the order is held for review. We do not add employers, dates, credentials, achievements, or claims about availability or relocation.
Do you use AI?
Yes. That is how it costs $59–$79 instead of several hundred and arrives in minutes instead of weeks. AI handles structure, wording and ATS formatting. The client's facts stay theirs, and their resume is never used to train any model.
What about client privacy?
We never sell data and never share it for advertising. Delivery uses vetted providers only: Stripe for payment, an AI provider for the rewrite, an email provider for delivery. Any client may request deletion of their resume and order record at any time by emailing us. Clients are told not to upload Social Security numbers, banking details, or medical records.
Can you handle trades and licensed occupations?
That is the strongest case for it. Certifications and licences — EPA, CDL, OSHA, journeyman cards, medical credentials — are frequently buried inside a skills list where applicant tracking systems never find them. The rewrite surfaces them into their own section, verbatim, never upgraded or inferred.
What if a client is unhappy?
Every voucher carries the same 60-day rewrite guarantee. If they apply to at least ten roles and are not getting more interview responses, we rewrite it again at no charge. If files are not delivered or are materially defective and we cannot correct them, the voucher is credited back to your block.
How do we pay?
One invoice to your organisation, payable by card or bank transfer. No staff member needs to put anything on a personal card, and no client is ever asked for payment information.
